Thousands packed Celebration Plaza, streets and nearby parking lots for the Sulphur Springs Symphony League’s Independence Day Concert Saturday in downtown Sulphur Springs. The fireworks show that closes every Independence Day Concert was a disappointment for everyone, but nobody was more disappointed in the fireworks than the Symphony board members.
