Graveside service for David Dugan, 57, of Sulphur Springs will be held at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 2, 2019 at Brashear Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Mike Clem, Brian Mc-Daniel, Bobby Yancy, Larry Suits, Scott Darcy, Oral Anders and Brett Carroll. Joe David Ragan, John David Dixon, Austin Carroll, Aaron Carroll, Black Pickenpaugh, Chandler Endsley and Jackson Molok serving as honorary pallbearers. Visitation will be held 10 a.m.-noon Saturday, Nov. 2, 2019 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home.
Mr. Dugan passed away Thursday, Oct. 24, 2019 at CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital, Sulphur Springs, Texas.
David was born May 10, 1962 in Sulphur Springs, Texas to Phillip and Barbara Dugan. He married Victoria Tapley in Sulphur Springs. He was an automotive technician at Brian Toliver Ford and a Sulphur Springs police officer.
He is survived by his wife, Victoria Dugan; sons, Anthony Dugan (Mandy) and Brad Dugan (Kendra); stepsons, Anthony Hagan (Jessica), James Hagan (Caroline) and Cody Hagan(Sinead); stepdaughter Ashley Hagan; mother Barbara Carroll; grandchildren, Maddox Dugan, Dean Dugan, Vivian Dugan, Dawson Dugan, Aaron Dugan, Connor Hagan, Brantly Hagan and Madison Beck; brothers, Larry Gilliam (Brenda), Jerry Gilliam (Jeannie), Ricky Gilliam (Dolly) and Brett Carroll (Amy); brother-in-law Dale Moore; sisters, Carmen Carroll, Crystal Molck (Andy) and Kathy Pickenpaugh.
David was preceded in death by his grandparents, James and Bonnie Gilliam, and sister, Norma Moore.
