Retired School Personnel

Blake Cooper, former superintendent at Commerce ISD, was the guest speaker at the October meeting of the Hopkins-Rains Retired School Personnel. Cooper is now the executive director for Friends of Texas Public Schools. The mission of this non-profit is to facilitate respectful communications about Texas public schools through honest communication, that all Texas public school educators will be ambassadors for their profession and Texans will revere and respect Texas public schools.
