McDaniel challenging Aguilar for Place 3 on City Council

Residents of the City of Sulphur Springs are being asked to vote their choice for Place 3 on the City Council. Seth McDaniel is challenging incumbent Oscar Aguilar for his seat on the council. Two other seats were up for eletion this time, but incumbent Jay Juilan and Harold Nash were the only candidates to file for Places 1 and 2 on the City Council, sot he seats will go them.

As each candidate completed their packets and got them back in to the city elections officer, the News-Telegram reached out to candidates, asking them to complete a survey to help better inform voters about the candidates.
