Man jailed on possession of child porn charge

Bryan Keith Kuzminski, 52, of Sulphur Springs was arrested at his residence Wednesday on a charge of possession of child pornography.

Hopkins County Sheriff’s investigators reportedly received a tip and began investigating allegations of distribution of child pornography. They were able to locate a social media account with the shared image and identified the residence from which the photo was shared and obtained an arrest warrant.

Deputies served the warrant and took Kuzminski into custody. He reportedly admitted to possessing and distributing the image. Deputies allegedly found the photo in two locations on his phone.

Kuzminski’s bond was set at $100,000, and he remained in jail as of press time Friday.
