The Republican Party of Hopkins County will be holding a sign-up for anyone interested in running for public office in the Republican Primary at 9 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 9 in the District Courtroom on the second floor of the Hopkins County Courthouse. Applicants are asked to provide their application and sign-up fees or petition. A treasurer must be appointed and information filed with the Hopkins County Clerk’s Office prior to sign-up. Fees may be paid by check, or money order made out to The Hopkins County Republican Primary Fund or cash.
