Lone Star Heritage Quilt Guild meets the fourth Monday of each month at the Sulphur Springs Senior Citizens Center, 150 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, at 5:30 p.m. Quilters and non quilters are welcome to attend. The Guild is a 501(c)3 organization. All monetary proceeds, as well as quilts and quilted items, from the annual quilt show are donated to local community charities, such as the Child Advocacy Center, Terrific Tuesdays, Shadow Ranch Therapeutic Riding Center, Heart of Hope, Backpacks for Kids, Food Bank and Sulphur Springs Senior Citizens Center.
