Parker earns honor for book about Sulphur Springs

The Texas State Genealogical Society recently awarded Julie Parker second place in the book category of “Non-Professional / References” for her book, 'Sulphur Springs, Texas: a Pictorial History.'

The book is available locally at Hampton House Jewelry, Good News! Christian Bookstore, Two Twins Variety Store, Hopkins County Genealogical Society, and Hopkins County Heritage Park & Museum, as well as from Amazon.

Parker is the daughter of Dr. Robert Parker.
