I'm officially 18 and my sister is the coolest kid — Ever I AM AN ADULT. One day, I’m going to reread these and wonder why I was so excited about this, I can feel it in my bones.

For now, this is fun, I have been on earth for 6,573 days, and I can vote.

Cool stuff, I know. Registered voter has a nice ring to it, right?

On my birthday, I did the most adultish things I could think of.

I got Facebook and a gambling addiction. I’m not sure if you would call going to the casino once and only using the $15 you get for becoming a member of an addiction but, really, it’s the thought that counts.

Pretty lights and the pull levers really get me. I really like the Quick Hit game; she did me good. I won a whole $12.50.

No more talking about me, MY LITTLE SISTER IS THE BEST BASKETBALL PLAYER EVER. LeBron? No. Curry? No. Michael Jordan? No. ABBIGALE GRACE BUSTER?

Yes, absolutely. She’s the coolest kid ever. She’s a two-time Little Dribblers Champion. I can feel my softball family becoming a basketball family. There’s nothing like it.

I feel my feet slipping out from under me. This little girl is changing the family dynamic, but good for her. She’s found something she really likes.

Abbigale is literally so good at basketball. Honestly, she can have my uniform. She’s the varsity basketball player. I’m an imposter. Abbigale is actually good. She’s hitting threes left and right. She drives in the lane with no fear, and she's crossing people up. No way I do that. ABBIGALE DOES. We play around in the road and she’s crossing me up. She’s too good for a 10-year-old. Abbigale is just too good.

I think I’m actually the proudest sister in the world.

Abbigale in general just makes me so proud. She’s a sweetie like 10% of the time;she’s a good student, and she’s a good little sister. Abbigale is my basketball hero. I don’t watch basketball, but I would watch Abbigale play any day of the week. She’s cool.

I live for it. Everybody gets excited for Abbigale’s games. My parents simply watch my games, but at Abbigale’s they’re standing up cheering and such. It really lets you know who their favorite basketball player is!

Back to me, I love being an adult.

I love Facebook. I love the casino. It’s too fun. I don’t have a gambling addiction for real, but if anybody wants to go, I’ve got a $20 ready. Abbigale is my Little Dribblers MVP.

She literally bullies me because she scores more points. I can’t even argue with her. I’m pretty sure she’s better than me.
