The Sulphur Springs Lady Wildcats picked up their second consecutive win Friday following a huge 64-24 win against the Caddo Mills Lady Foxes. The Lady Wildcats would dominate the game from the beginning and never let their guard down, resulting in a blowout win.

The first quarter would set the tone early on, as the Lady Wildcats played well from the beginning, while the Lady Foxes struggled. The Lady Wildcats would hold a 19-2 advantage as the first quarter concluded.

The second quarter would be more of the same, as the Lady Wildcats continued their dominance, and the Lady Foxes still stuggled. The Lady Wildcats outscored the Lady Foxes 15-4 in the second quarter, increasing their massive lead to 34-6 going into halftime.

Coming out of the break, the Lady Wildcats continued to assert their dominance, as the Lady Foxes simply couldn’t slow them down. The Lady Wildcats outscored the Lady Foxes 17-4 in the third quarter, extending their lead to 51-10.

The fourth quarter would see both teams trade scores, with both offenses playing well. Though the Lady Foxes outscored the Lady Wildcats 14-13 in the final quarter, the Lady Wildcats capped off a dominant 64-24 win.

Trinity Jefferson and Codee Roland would share the title of leading scorer for the Lady Wildcats, scoring 13 points each. Rainey Johnson would also score in the double-digits, tallying 10 points.

Cami Schaak and Tatum Thompson would both score eight points each. Rounding out the scoring was Varia Thomas and Niya Yancy with five points each, and Lilly Taylor with two points.

With this win, the Lady Wildcats improved to 2-0 on the season. They resumed action Tuesday, welcoming the Rains Lady Wildcats to Wildcat Gym.
