Billie Joyce Mobley Clark

Billie Joyce Mobley Clark born to Willie and Dovie Mobley on Dec. 21, 1937 in Carlsbad New Mexico and had six siblings.

She married Joe A Clark on Nov. 3, 1954. He proceeds her in death.

They had six children. Son Terry and wife Karen, daughter Tammie and husband Elijah, daughter Tina, son Tracy, son Tony and daughter Tonya.

They have a very blessed long list of grandchildren, great grandchildren and one great great grandson. She was called home on Jesus’s birthday and loved all of her family very dearly. Billie was an avid reader, loved cheering at all sports and giving umpires/refs a run for their money, she loved cooking shows and cooking. She loved her lipstick and dancing. She loved to laugh and make others laugh.

She loved the Lord and is surely rejoicing in Heaven. Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
