Hopkins County commissioners court approves proposals from rgb for a new barn for Precinct 2.
The county requested proposals, with a stiuplation that those planning to submit bids attend a mandatory meeting beforehand to go over the specifics for the project. RBC indicated the company could afford to bid that much lower than other vendors because the vendor uses very few subcontractors.
