Sulphur Springs manufacturer Xtreme Structures Fabrication (XSF) has transitioned their normal process to help with COVID-19 relief, according to a press release.

While XSF usually manufactures aluminum structures for the entertainment industry, the company transitioned from manufacturing aluminum truss to stainless steel sanitization and disinfection cabinets, the company said.

“We are excited to be part of the solution in fighting the coronavirus epidemic here in the United States,” said president Michael Wells.

The new XSF Sanitizer Cabinet is a portable cabinet equipped with UV-C lights that kills up to 99.9% of bacteria and germs including Coronavirus, Staph infection, the common flu and pneumonia bacteria on any items placed in the chamber in just five minutes. The cabinet includes hanger bars and hooks to suspend items for full 360-degree disinfecting, the company stated.

The stainless steel cabinets can be used to disinfect a wide variety of items including masks, cell phones, tablets, respiratory equipment, tools, utensils, toys, handheld radios, and more, according to the release.
