Free Tax return help will be available by appointment only at the Sulphur Springs Public Library, located at 611 North Davis Street, Feb. 8 through April 12, 2022, Tuesdays 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and Saturdays 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Packets must be picked up at the library before the date of appointment.
No walk-ins will be accepted.
Items needed for the appointment include: previous two years tax returns; social security cards and/ or ITIN notices/ cards or other official documentation that show the taxpayer identification numbers for every individual on the return; government issued photo ID for each taxpayer; checking or savings account information if wanting direct deposit or direct debit of any amounts due; Identity Protection Pin for each individual; stimulus payment form from IRS with amount received; Advanced Child Tax Credit form received from the IRS.
