Meal A Day in need of volunteers

The Meal A Day program at the Sulphur Springs Senior Citizens Center is currently in need of volunteers.

They are looking for cooks to help out on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and starting in November, an in-town driving route will open up for anyone interested in delivering meals.

Meal A Day is a program to deliver freshly cooked meals to seniors and shut-ins who may not otherwise have a hot meal. Plates are $2 donation each and are delivered Monday-Friday, except holidays.
