Dinner Bell community partners for this week are John and Mary Heilman.
Dinner Bell at the First United Methodist Church, 301 Church St. in Sulphur Springs, continues to distribute meals under the covered driveway (porte cochere) at the northeast corner of the church campus. Meals will be ready for drive through pick up after 11 a.m. every Wednesday.
The menu for Wednesday, Aug. 19 is:
- Chicken and rice salad nested on a bed of lettuce
- Green bean salad with fried almonds and feta cheese
- Marinated, homegrown tomato chunks
- Buttered French bread slices
- Assorted cookies and brownies
Dinner asks that people wear masks in public, wash their hands often and stay 6 feet from others.
