Volunteers with the American Red Cross will installing free smoke alarms 10 a.m.-3 p.m. as part of their Sound the Alarm campaign. Volunteers will gather at 128-A Jefferson Street in Sulphur Springs, and registered or unregistered volunteers are welcome.
