Volleyball has enjoyed a surge in popularity in the last decade. The numbers at this year’s Lady Wildcat Volleyball Camp reflected that surge, as many kids came out to improve their skills and learn new skills.
The annual camp, held May 27-29 in the Sulphur Springs High School gymnasium, was a huge success. At the camp, students were taught multiple aspects of volleyball, including serving, setting, passing, footwork, blocking, attacking and working together as a team.
The camp was conducted by Head Coach Tara Wager and Assistant Coaches Courtney Crumpton and Brinklee Snyder.
