Primary Runoff Election Day is May 26

Voters have one more opportunity to cast ballots on May 26 in the May 26 Republican and Democratic Party runoff election.

Voting on Election Day, May 26, will be conducted at eight consolidated voting sites, according to the information provided by Hopkins County Voter Administration Office; Hopkins County voters should be able to cast ballots at any of the voting centers on Election Day. Voters who cast ballots in the primary may vote again in that same party’s runoff Tuesday. Those who did not vote in any primary may choose either the Democrat or Republican election to cast a ballot in, but cannot vote in both.

Election Day voting centers in Hopkins County include: _ Our Savior Lutheran Church, 1000 Texas St., Sulphur Springs, in the front foyer

_ HW Grays Building in Pacific Park, 413 Beckham St. in Sulphur Springs, in the meeting room

_ Hopkins County Courthouse, 118 Church St. in Sulphur Springs, in the first floor courtroom

_ Cumby Municipal Building, 100 East Main St., in Cumby, in the city meeting room

_ Sulphur Bluff ISD, 1027 County Road 3550 in Sulphur Springs, in the foyer outside of the gym

_ Como-Pickton CISD, 13017 State Highway 11

east, Como, in the new gym _ Miller Grove ISD, 7819 FM 275 south, Cumby, in the foyer outside of the gym _ North Hopkins ISD, 1994 FM 71 west, Sulphur Springs, in the Administration Building.

All voting centers will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on May 26.
