Hopkins County Marine Corps League Detachment 1357 members salute the flag as the National Anthem is sung during a Memorial Day observance on the downtown square. A riderless horse was staged behind the flag. Hopkins County Military Coalition participated in the day of remembrance of those military personnel who've paid the ultimate price for our freedoms. Taps was also played during the observance, held Monday in Sulphur Springs.
