Greenpond memorial day
Memorial day services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, May 17, at Greenpond Baptist Church. Brother Terry Bolton will be the speaker. Any donations may be made to Greenpond Cemetery Association, c/o Frankie Coker, 786 FM 2948, Como, TX 75431.
North Hopkins memorial day
The North Hopkins Cemetery will hold its 2026 memorial service on Sunday, May 24, at 11 a.m. at the cemetery chapel in Birthright on State Highway 19 north. Everyone is invited to attend.
Donations to help with the upkeep of the cemetery and chapel are always appreciated. Mail donations to North Hopkins Cemetery, C/O Charlene Stewart, 2153 F.M. 3236, Sulphur Springs, TX 75482. All help is appreciated.
Aiguier Cemetery Association meeting
The Aiguier Cemetery Association is planning to have their annual meeting on Sunday, June 7, 2026, in the North Hopkins School Cafeteria, beginning with lunch at noon.
Plans to bring a covered-dish to share a meal and memories. After lunch, there will be a brief business meeting.
Donations for the upkeep of the cemetery are always needed and appreciated. Contribute may be made June 7 or mailed to the Aiguier Cemetery Association, c/o Peggy Beck, Treasurer, 332 County Road 3620, Sulphur Springs, TX 75482.
