It’s almost football season at “old Sulphur High” and SSHS administrative assistant Dwayne McMeans recently announced season tickets for the 2019 Sulphur Springs football season will go on sale the week of July 29-Aug. 2.

Season ticket packages for this year’s home games are $50 for chair-back seats and $40 for the rail-back rows.

Tickets will go on sale July 29-30 only for 2018 season ticket holders who wish to renew their package.

Wednesday, July 31 will be open only to those who have already renewed and wish to upgrade their seating assignments based on the number of available seats.

The remaining season tickets will go on sale to the general public Aug. 1-2.

Tickets will be sold in the SSHS Media Center, located inside the school library. The Media Center is open 8:15 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 8:15 a.m.-noon Friday.

Patrons are asked to use the Connally Street entrance on the east side of the high school.

Ticket holders who are unable to pick up their own tickets may designate an agent to pick up the tickets for them. Tickets must be paid for with a check from the ticket holder made out to SSHS or SSISD and must be accompanied by a letter of authorization from the ticket holder.
