Trojans hit four district games on the road

CUMBY—With the start of the 2020 high school football season just around the corner, the Cumby Trojans are excited to get their season started. The Trojans are set to begin their official first day of practice on Monday and will have just a few weeks to get in the flow of things before their first game. Cumby has one scrimmage scheduled before they play their first game: They will play Tom Bean on the road Friday, Aug. 21.

The Trojans regular season schedule is:

• Friday, Sept.11, Cumby @ Wolfe City at 7:30 p.m.

• Friday, Sept. 25, Trenton @ Cumby at 7:30 p.m.

• Friday, Oct. 9, Cumby @ Quinlan Boles at 7:30 p.m.*

• Friday, Oct. 16, Cumby @ Maud at 7:30 p.m.*

• Friday, Oct. 23, Clarksville @ Cumby at 7:30 p.m.*

• Friday, Oct. 30, Cumby @ Simms Bowie at 7:30 p.m.*
