COMO-PICKTON—The Como-Pickton Eagles will take on the Wolfe City Wolves Friday for their homecoming game. The Eagles had an extra week to prepare, after having a bye last week.

Como-Pickton enters this week with a record of 1-2. They were able to win big in their season opener Aug. 18 against Simms Bowie. The Eagles shutout Bowie in their 17-0 win. Since their week one win, the Eagles have played just a pair of games, losing to Rivercrest, 28-12, and losing 12-0 to Honey Grove.

This week they will face Wolfe City, who sit with a 4-2 record. After losing their first game of the season, Wolfe City went not a three-game winning streak, defeating Paris Chisum, Prairiland and Alba-Golden. In their most recent game, Wolfe City beat Honey Grove 13-6.
