Comics to come back in baby steps Saturday

This Saturday, our readers will notice something familiar. Back by popular demand, The News-Telegram will again begin publishing some comic strips. When we stopped running them, we honestly didn’t get a great deal of complaints. In fact, the first call didn’t even come in until two weeks later. But after numerous conversations with subscribers who come in to renew their subscriptions, I’ve discovered that people who read the comics are a very passionate group, so I’m going to baby-step our way back in. We are starting with four comics for now and we hope that you enjoy them. I myself was a Beetle Bailey, Doonsebury and Blondie fan, back in the day. Please let me know your thoughts.
