Robert Sires

Funeral service for Robert Sires, 67, of Sulphur Springs will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 28, 2021 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Chapel. There will be no formal visitation.

Mr. Sires passed away on Saturday, Jan. 23, 2021 at CHRISTUS Mother Frances, Sulphur Springs, Texas.

Robert was born Jan. 23, 1954 in Fort Worth, Texas to Edward and Mandy (Wood) Sires. He married Pam Nordin Oct. 29, 2011 in Sulphur Springs, Texas. Robert worked for the city in the water and sewer department and East Texas Landscaping as a landscaper. He was an avid pool player and a member of the American Pool Players Association.

He is survived by his wife, Pam; children, Toby Sires and wife, Chyna, and Dee Dee Self; step-children, Ryan Morgan and wife, Tracy, Alicia Morgan and Matthew Nordin and wife, Madison; and 16 grandchildren.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents and son, Alton Ray Sires.

Memorials can be made to American Heart Association or American Diabetes Association
