Naomi “Kay” Belvin, 81, of Sulphur Springs, Texas passed away Nov. 20, 2019 in Webster, Texas.

Graveside services were held at Providence Cemetery in Franklin County, Texas at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 23, 2019.

Naomi Kay Belvin was born Jan. 21, 1938 to Walter and Fairlena Moore in Franklin County, Texas. After raising her children, Kay worked for several employers before retiring from the Las Vegas Police Department (Firearm Records Department). Kay loved the Lord, her family, singing in the church choir, singing solos and attending church fellowships.

She married Max Duane Belvin in Freeport, Texas on May 23, 1980. They were married 33 years.

Kay was preceded in death by her husband, her parents and a grandson.

She is lovingly remembered by her three daughters, Kathy Bailey and husband John of Houston, Brenda Davee and husband Tony of Round Rock, and Jan Coker and husband Kent of Eustace; her sister, Betty Otts of Duncanville; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and her niece and nephews.
