Graveside service for L.D. Caldwell, 96, of Den-ton, Texas was held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 26, 2019 at Peerless Cemetery with Buddy Wiggins officiating. Visitation was held at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home 10-11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 26, 2019.
Mr. Caldwell passed away Sunday, Sept. 22, 2019 in Denton, Texas
L.D. was born on Nov. 22, 1922 in Peerless, Texas to Wesley and Ida Caldwell. He was a retired farmer and of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his sister, June Caldwell Little-field; nieces, Janice Smith and Joy Pierce; and nephew, Lee McCleskey.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law, C.M. Littlefield.
