Dylan Richard Nix, 26, of Yantis, Texas precious heart stopped beating June 4, 2020. Dylan was born Aug. 14, 1993 in Sulphur Springs, Texas.
He was a 2011 graduate of Yantis High School. Dylan loved making music, playing online games with his many friends, being around his family and especially adored all his nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Timothy Griffin, and grandparents, Larry and Bonnie Timmons.
Dylan is survived by his father and stepmother, James and Beverly Nix; mother and stepfather, Sharon and Darrell Begley; grandparents, Richard and Wanda Nix; brother, Andrew Griffin and wife Nicole; sisters, Celyssa Martz and husband Tommy, Ashelee Graham and husband William, Sr., and Aimee Owens; nephews, Ethan, Zander, Waylon and Will Jr.; nieces, Tara, Miley, Hailey and Aubree; uncle, David Nix; and cousins, Cody and Savannah.
A memorial service to celebrate Dylan’s life will be held at Beaty Funeral Home in Winnsboro on Saturday, June 13, 2020 at 11 a.m. with Dr. David Rose officiating.
