On Saturday, the Sulphur Springs Symphony League will be holding their 29th annual auction at KSST radio station. It will also broadcast on Channel 18.
The league holds one fundraiser each year, which helps fund concerts, scholarships and more.
This year’s auction is Christmas-themed and will offer Christmas decor as well as gift items.
Local businesses like Alliance Bank, Grocery Supply Company, City National Bank and CHRISTUS have helped with the league’s events.
The Independence Day concert, which is normally held annually on the square, costs around $40,000 every year; the children’s concert costs around $13,000.
The auction will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., or until everything is sold.
