Sulphur Springs’ own dairy products and cheese manufacturer Saputo is hiring. According to an advertisement placed in the News-Telegram, Saputo is hosting a job fair at the Hopkins County Regional Civic Center this Saturday, July 20 from 8 a.m. to noon.
According to their website, Saputo Careers, there are openings in the following divisions: Filler operator, vacation relief, aseptic scholle operator, maintenance technician, quality assurance line monitor, two forklift operators, clerk, purity operator and palletizer operator.
“We’ve had all these job openings due to starting two production lines,” Jennifer Bilbrey, HR manager, told the News-Telegram. “As people move into those jobs, we’re growing and adding.”
Applications may be completed online at careers.usa.saputo.com according to their advertisement, or at the job fair. Saputo will be doing same-day interviews and is an equal-opportunity employer, they say.
