Hopkins County to benefit from donations
Body
The Hopkins County branch of the Salvation Army is seeking bell ringers for its holiday drive.
According to organizer Dinh Tran, bell ringing will begin Nov. 27, 28 and 29 at the Sulphur Springs Wal-Mart. Ringers will set up at all entrances to ring in holiday cheer and accept donations to the Salvation Army. The drive will run through Dec. 23, Tran said.
All donations made over the weekend will remain in Hopkins County, Tran noted.
The group usually rings all throughout the month of December, he noted.
Those interested in volunteering can contact Tran at dt1964@sbcglobal.net.
