  • First grader Cooper Smith was selected as the January Elementary Male Student of the Month at the North Hopkins ISD Board of Trustees meeting Thursday night. “He comes in every day with a smile on his face, ready to learn,” elementary teacher Lindsey Colyer said about Cooper. “He is one of those students that has a natural leadership skill.”
