More ISDs to deliver meals

SSISD extends service hours

Miller Grove, North Hopkins and Sulphur Bluff ISDs are currently serving meals to their students, and Sulphur Springs ISD has extended their service hours during precautioned closures amid coronavirus concerns.

MILLER GROVE

MGISD will provide breakfast and a sack lunch 9:30-11 a.m. For bus route students, bus drivers will deliver lunches. For non-bus route students, they may pick up lunches at school. To sign up for lunch, visit www.mgisd. net. Those who need lunch can also email sjohnson@mgisd.net, gbilling sley@mgisd.net or jfox@mgisd.net.

NORTH HOPKINS

After reaching out to families, NHISD will provide meals for those who confirmed their need. Deliveries will take place 10-11:30 a.m., and those who have confirmed a pickup meal can receive their meal at 10:15 a.m. behind the cafeteria. The district urges anyone who may have been missed to contact them at covid-19help@north hopkins.net

SULPHUR BLUFF

SBISD will deliver and offer pickup meals to cover breakfast and lunch for every day of the week. Meals can be picked up Monday, Wednesday and Friday 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m., and if transportation is an issue, school personnel will deliver the meals.

SULPHUR SPRINGS

SSISD extended their service time by one hour to 7:30-11 a.m. Students will be able to pick up one breakfast and one lunch meal, and they do not have to attend any of the campuses where pick-ups are being held.
