Honor A Sulphur Springs Navy veteran has passed away, and the community is encouraged to pay their respects as he lies in state. Raymond Hawk Whitefeather, 74, of Sulphur Springs passed away Friday, July 5 at Sulphur Springs Health and Rehab. He was born Nov. 18, 1944 in Amarillo to Donald Pardee Sr. and Mildred Conley Pardee.
