Flocked!

The home of Hopkins County Judge Robert Newsom was “flocked” Saturday as part of a fundraiser for Operation Victor Echo Tango. The plastic flamingo decor can be moved to another yard for a donation of $25 by the homeowner. Businesses are a $50 donation.
