Local favorite Slaughter’s BBQ Oasis was featured on a food segment of WFAA’s News 8 Daybreak show. Their smoked jalapeño popper chicken earned a spot on Fort Worth food critic Trey Chapman’s list of 25 best chicken dishes in North Texas and then made the short list of Chapman’s top five best.
