Cross Country Communications recently celebrated 20 years in business with a barbecue meal at their corporate office on Church Street.

Terry Cockrum, Cross Country’s service manager, was presented with a plaque honoring him for his 20 years of service.

Danny L. Seems and Donald Tiegiser started Cross Country Communications in August 2000 as a local and regional interconnect company providing business telephone systems, sales and services. As technology changed though the years, Cross Country has added many new products and services to their portfolio.

Cross Country’s company motto of “when service counts” has remained unchanged. The company credits this philosophy for their customers staying with them over 15 years.

Cross Country specializes in the sales and service of VoIP and digital telephone systems, information technology services including network security and managed services, as well as copper and fiber optic cabling.
