Monday

Tuesday

„ League Street Church of Christ Benevolence Clothing Room is open 9:3011:30 a.m. on Tuesdays. The church is at 1100 League St. South in Sulphur Springs. For easier access, there is parking in the back. For more information, call 903-8851531.

Wednesday

Alliance Bank, its employees and customers, repeat as the Community Partner for this week's meal. The Dinner Bell is greatly appreciative.

MENU - Jambalaya with chicken shrimp, sausage and rice; crunchy romatine toss; buttered French break slices, southen pecan praline sheet cake.

GRAB AND GO with a meal from the distribution area under the covered driveway on the Northeast corner of the First United Methodist Church campus between 10:30. and 11 a.m. on Wednesdays.

During first two weeks, over 200 meals were prepared and the numbers are staying stable, said Judy Gilreath, Dinner Bell coordinator.

„ Divorce Care is a program for those going/or have gone through Divorce or separation. We offer hope, help, and healing. No fees included. Divorce Care session will meet in the basement of FUMC in Sulphur Springs. Enter in back door and follow signs. We will meet for 13 weeks. See more information on their website, Divorcecare.org. Thursday „ Cumby Food Pantry will be open 8 to 11 a.m. every Friday at 8285 Interstate 30 service road southwest in Cumby for families in Cumby, Hopkins County and surrounding areas who are in need. Those on Pan Program can now pick up one box per month on Friday. Donations are welcome. For information, call 903-994-2689, and for food emergencies, call 903-513-4612.

Friday „ Mitchell Chapel C.O.G.I.C. will host lunch from 10:30 a.m. until it’s all gone for a $10 donation. Dine in or carryout available. Menus vary by the week. Deliveries can be made for orders of two or more lunches to the same location. The church is at 402 South Jackson St. in Sulphur Springs. For more information, call 903-885-0338.

„ Christian Recovery Group meets Fridays at 7 p.m. at New Beginnings Fellowship Baptist Church, 155 North Jackson St. in Sulphur Springs, for those with addictions, broken emotions or broken relationships. For information, call the church office at 903-885-0624 during regular business hours, 9 a.m.-4 p.m.; Monday-Friday.

„ Men’s Coffee Fellowship will be held at 8:30 a.m. Fridays at First Baptist Church, 116 Oak Ave. in Sulphur Springs. All men invited; FBC membership not required to attend. Use the rear entrance. For more information, call Don at 903-439-2975.

Disciple Now is Jan. 25-29. God's Word for God's People Join us as we begin our Bible Reading Plan for 2023! We will pass out paper copies, or you can read/listen on our app. The plan will start on Jan. 9.

Program offered

We start serving meals at 6-6:30 p.m. and worship at 6:30-8:30 p.m. at Refined and Restored at The ROC. We give one on one intensive support, encouragement and discipleship. Refined and Restored is for all people who have hurts, loneliness, struggling with addition, divorce, grief, depression, relationships, etc.
