The following reports are based on arrests conducted with reports filed by Sulphur Springs and Hopkins County law enforcement from 5:30 a.m. Saturday to 7 a.m. Tuesday and included:

Alcohol-related arrests:

■ A 25-year-old Dike, Texas man was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated on FM 1537. No bond was set.

■ A 40-year-old Sulphur Springs man was arrested on a public intoxication charge Sunday at 12:36 a.m. No bond was set.

■ A 44-year-old Sulphur Springs man was arrested on a public intoxication charge Sunday at 12:36 a.m. No bond was set.

■ A 30-year-old Como, Texas man was arrested Sunday at 1:15 a.m. on a charge of public intoxication at 400 Bill Bradford Road.

■ A 27-year-old Sulphur Springs man was arrested on a driving while intoxicated charge Sunday at 12:36 a.m. No bond was set.

■ A 38-year-old Sulphur Springs man was arrested on a public intoxication charge Sunday at 12:36 a.m. No bond was set.

Drug-related arrests:

■ Daishawn Jerome Godbolt was arrested Sunday at 10:36 a.m. on County Road 3341 on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, no valid license, burglary of motor vehicle, tempring/fabricating physical evidence and two charges of theft of firearm. No bond was set.

Transfers, warrants and other activity:

■ Megan Wheeler-Bartholomew, 21, of Sulphur Springs was arrested on Saturday at 10:14 a.m. on a charge of interference with child custody. No bond was set.

■ A 25-year-old Sulphur Springs man was arrested Sunday at 1:15 a.m. at the 400 block of Bill Bradford Road, on charges of disorderly conduct and failure to identify. No bond was set.

■ 31-year-old Megan Smith of Savannah, Ga. was arrested Saturday at 9:47 p.m. on charges of aggravated assault of a public servant (peace officer), assault of a public servant (peace officer), failure to identify fugitive and assault of a public servant (EMS personnel). No bond was set.

■ John Robert Sievers, Jr., 42, of Cumby, Texas, was arrested Saturday on County Road 4131 on three charges of abandoning/endangering child criminal negligence and a charge of tampering/ fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair. No bond was set.

■ A 21-year-old Sulphur Springs woman was arrested on a charge of terroristic threat, cause fear of imminent serious bodily injury. A $5,000 bond was set.

■ 31-year-old Crystal Ann Sievers of Cumby, Texas was arrested at 1:45 p.m. Saturday on County Road 4131 on charges of tampering/fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair, abandon/endangered child and two counts of abandon/endanger child criminal negligence.

■ A 25-year-old Sulphur Springs man was arrested Sunday on a charge of parole violation - burglary of habitation. No bond was set.

■ A 33-year-old El Paso man was arrested on South Broadway Street Sunday at 8:35 p.m. on a charge of criminal trespassing. No bond was set.

■ A 17-year-old Sulphur Springs woman was arrested on Sunday at 5:45 p.m. on FM 69 on a charge of burglary of motor vehicle and two charges of theft of firearm. No bond was set.

■ A 25-year-old Hope, Texas man was arrested Monday at 9:56 a.m. on a charge of FTA failure to identify fugitive with intent to give false information. No bond was set.

■ 39-year-old Larry Carlton Johnson of Bogata, Texas was on a charge of abandoning or endangering child. Bond was denied.

Hopkins County communications operators answered 812 non-emergency phone calls, 130 calls for service and 156 emergency calls. From 5:30 a.m. Friday to 7 a.m. Tuesday, officers filed 14 offenses and conducted five special patrols, three funeral escorts and 50 traffic stops. Twenty-one people were booked into and 16 people released from county jail, which held 193 inmates at 5:30 a.m. Tuesday.
