The following reports are based on arrests conducted with reports filed by Sulphur Springs and Hopkins County law enforcement from 5:30 a.m. Tuesday to 7 a.m. Friday and included:

Alcohol-related arrests:

• A 40-year-old Burleson man was arrested at 11:07 p.m. on Thursday and booked in on charges of driving while intoxicated first offense at Texas and Main Streets after allegedly running a stop sign. No bond has been set.

Drug-related arrests:

• A 19-year-old Sulphur Springs man was booked in on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana less than two ounces after an arrest on the north service road of Loop 301 at 3:07 p.m. on Thursday. No bond was set.

Transfers, warrants and other activity:

• A 33-year-old Sulphur Springs man was issued a criminal trespass at 3:26 p.m. on Wednesday in the 400 block of Jefferson Street, according to police reports. Bond was set at $1,000.

• Isaac David Provencio, 25, of Midland, was transferred from the Ector County Jail on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle at 8 a.m. on Thursday. Bail was set at $10,000 cash.

• Travis Kyle Kerwin, 34, of Dike, was booked in at 8:15 a.m. on Thursday at Hopkins County Jail on charges of failure to register as a sex offender. No bond was set.

• A.L. Razor, Jr., 49, of Benton, Arkansas, was arrested at 9:19 a.m. on Thursday in the 121 mile marker of I-30 on an outstanding warrant from Craighead County, Arkansas of charges of credit card abuse. No bond was set.

Hopkins County communications operators answered 682 non-emergency phone calls, 39 calls for service and 74 emergency calls. From 5:30 a.m. Wednesday to 7 a.m. Friday, officers filed seven offenses and conducted four special patrols, no funeral escorts and 56 traffic stops. Eight people were booked into and 13 people released from county jail, which held 178 inmates at 5:30 a.m. Friday.
