Nominations are now open for the 2019 Hopkins County Fall Festival Outstanding Senior Citizen Volunteer awards. The Fall Festival board is looking for senior citizens (over age 50) who are currently volunteering somewhere in Hopkins County. There are male and female categories. These awards will recognize the roles of senior volunteers as they carry out the mission of providing vital services for may programs and businesses across Hopkins County. Winners will be recognized during Senior Citizens Day, Tuesday, Oct. 22, at the Hopkins County Fall Festival. Names and photos will be published.
