Back-to-school event Clips For Kids will be offering free haircuts for children ages 7-15 at 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 10 at Chaffers Place at 410 Main St. in Sulphur Springs. The services will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. The event is also looking for more hairstylists to cut girls’ hair.
