American Legion Post #66 will host a blood drive 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12 in the Brookshire’s parking lot, 809 Gilmer St. in Sulphur Springs, with Carter BloodCare mobile donation center. COVID-19 antibody testing will be available for all donors. A special thank-you will be provided from McDonald’s. Carter BloodCare requests donors make an appointment, complete a donor questionnaire online using QuickScreen and plan on bringing/wearing a mask.
