Dwayne “Doc” Collins, member of the Texas Border Volunteers (TBV) and candidate for Texas House District 2, will present “Border Crisis” based on his personal experience with TBV at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 21 at Rustic O, 4821 State Highway 154 south in Sulphur Springs. The presentation will be followed by a town hall discussion with Collins concerning House District 2.
