Hopkins-Rains Retired School Personnel will meet at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 14 at The Oaks Bed & Breakfast, 516 Oak Ave. in Sulphur Springs. The program will be led by Bianca Banda of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department at Cooper Lake State Park about the year-round programs and facilities at the park.
