The Hopkins County Grand Jury during the Oct. 18 session signed 19 indictments, pushing those cases forward for prosecution. At least 12 people were named in the indictments, including two individuals accused of two offenses each and one person accused of three offenses.

Charges in the indictments included assault and injury to a child, elderly or disabled person, theft, felony drunk driving, stolen vehicle and controlled substance offenses.

Jeremy Lee McIntyre was indicted on two charges of injury to a child, elderly or disabled individual as well as one charge of family violence assault of a family or household member that impeded breathing or circulation.

Indicted for theft of property valued at $2,500 or more but less than $30,000 was Jake Adam Blount.

Wayne Ray Campbell was indicted for failure in sex offender’s duty to register annually for life.

Indicted for tampering with or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair was Sharita Charmaine Givens.

Cody Lee Jordan was indicted for evading arrest or detention with a vehicle or watercraft.

Indicted for driving while intoxicated, third or more offense, were Alonzo Bradley Jr. and Patricia Jeanne Gonzales.

Eric Wayne Lewis was indicted for unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Monica Renee Millan was indicted on two charges: one accusing her of manufacture or delivery of 4 grams or more but less than 200 grams of a Penalty Group 1 controlled substance and another alleging possession of 4 grams or more but less than 200 grams of a Penalty Group 1 controlled substance.

Dylan Brianna Wolver was indicted on two charges as well, one for possession of 4 grams or more but less than 400 grams of a Penalty Group 2 controlled substance and another for possession of less than 1 gram of a Penalty Group 1 controlled substance charges.

Also indicted on controlled substance charges were Danny Joe Woodard and Jordan. Woodard is accused in the indictment of manufacture or delivery of less than 1 gram of a Penalty Group 1 controlled substance. Jordan is accused of possession of less than 1 gram of a Penalty Group 1 controlled substance.
