Greenwood Baptist welcomes new pastor

SALTILLO—Greenwood Baptist Church near the Saltillo community is happy to welcome new pastor Dr. Bryan Crittendon. With nearly 40 years experience in both the ministerial and military fields, Crittendon is excited to share his life experiences with what he calls his “second home” in Hopkins County.

Hopkins County is nationally famous for its dairy. Texas is currently the No. 5 state in U.S. milk production, according to the Dairy Farmers of America, and Hopkins itself is home to approximately 40 dairy farms, according to Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Agent Mario Villarino.
