November grand jury hands up 52 felony indictments

Nov. 29, 2004 -- At the end of its regular November session, a Hopkins County Grand Jury handed up 52 felony indictments against 32 individuals. Indictments were returned for offenses ranging from drug-related charges to burglary, theft, driving while intoxicated and indecency with a child and aggravated sexual assault of a child.

Those indicted include:

  • -Randy Michael McCoy -- Driving while intoxicated
  • -Randy Michael McCoy -- Driving while intoxicated
  • -Gary Waldrep -- Theft
  • -Robert Glenn Barrett -- Burglary of habitation
  • -Curtis Dwayne Crosby -- Driving while intoxicated
  • -John Edward Luckey, Jr. -- Driving while intoxicated
  • -Christopher Shaun Jackson -- Evading arrest
  • -Kevin Brent Leach -- Sexual assault of a child
  • -Kevin Brent Leach -- Sexual assault of a child
  • -Kevin Brent Leach -- Indecency with a child
  • -Kelvdrick Devonne Lee -- Delivery of controlled substance
  • -James Michael Morris, Jr. -- Possession of controlled substance
